Due to the custom and perishable nature of our handcrafted Eternity® Flowers, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Arrangement
Upon arrival, carefully examine your floral arrangement for any signs of transit damage or discrepancies in your custom order specifications.
- 2.Document Any Issues
If you notice an issue, take high-resolution photographs of the arrangement and the original packaging to assist our quality assurance team.
- 3.Contact Concierge
Email our client services team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and the documentation of your concerns.
- 4.Resolution Review
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement or a specialized white-glove repair service to restore your arrangement.
