Our Eternity Flowers are real roses that have been treated with a proprietary solution and color pigmentation process. With proper care, they are designed to maintain their beauty and freshness for at least one year.
Do the flowers require any water or maintenance?
No, you should never water your Eternity Flowers. To keep them looking their best, simply keep them in a room-temperature environment, away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity, and avoid touching the petals.
What is your shipping policy for luxury arrangements?
We offer nationwide and international shipping. Because our arrangements are delicate, we use specialized packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I customize my floral arrangement?
Absolutely. You can choose from a variety of vessel styles, colors, and rose patterns. We also offer custom letter and symbol designs within our large boxes to create a truly personalized gift.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our concierge team within 24 hours of delivery.
Do the roses have a scent?
During the preservation process, the natural scent of the rose is removed. We later infuse the flowers with a light, hypoallergenic floral fragrance to mimic the essence of fresh roses.
